Quintin started playing organized sports at a very young age. As a kid growing up in Reston Virginia, Quintin’s parents exposed him to all types of sports and found, very quickly, that he had a natural athletic ability to comprehend and play the game of football. He attended South Lakes High School where he became a strong triathlete in the sports: Football, Basketball, and Track and Field. His senior year of high school Quintin pushed his athletic training regimen to another level. He was introduced to former Washington Redskins Linebacker, Eddie Mason; who began mentoring and training him. "Picking up a lot of knowledge and experience from Mase (Mase Training) really helped me grow not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well”. Finishing his Senior year, Quintin was rewarded with a full athletic scholarship to Delaware state University for football.
While attending Delaware State, Quintin had managed being a STUDENT athlete majoring in kinesiology! He played as a True Freshmen appearing in 4 games, by his Sophomore year he gained a starting position! Along with being a hard working athlete, he was an even better student. Quintin was recognized for his leadership for being one of the few athletes to make the Deans List. Working hard on and off of the field, his fascination with the human body grew throughout his studies. Understanding the human body came natural to Quintin due to his love to workout. With that being so, he began to train some of his fellow students and teammates. some of which still reach out to him for advise to this day.
After graduating, Quintin was hindered by a number of injuries that had kept him from pursuing further in his football career. Therefore his mentality quickly changed to a career in changing peoples lives! Quintin earned a job at Lifetime Athletic, where he quickly became a LEVEL 3 Trainer, Team weight Loss & Boot Camp instructor! He was a huge factor of many peoples life changing experiences! After 2 years of working with lifetime, Quintin decided to start QMF Fitness working for himself! “Working at lifetime had been GREAT, the opportunity taught me about the business side of the industry as well as expanding my network”. Quintin left Lifetime in January, 2016 and now runs a successful training business!
